A perfect start makes a brilliant ending

You don’t have to do anything different than you’re doing now on a daily base. You simply use your products until you no longer need or want them. The next and last step is that instead of throwing them away, you return the products to the shop where you bought them or you send them back to us. We’ll take care of the rest!

Grinding

Of course, you understand that your products need to be decreased in size. This step is essential to the whole process. That’s why we have special machines with reduction technology. These machines turn your plastic product into small, homogeneous flakes for optimal washing and decolouring.

Pre-decoloring

It goes without saying that your old products are contaminated. Examples of contamination are labels or prints. These need to be removed before washing and decolouring. All of our washing activities are free of chemicals. Moreover, washing occurs at low temperatures to reduce the impact on the environment.

Final decoloring

Colour is what makes a product appealing. But at the same time, colour in plastic is the biggest culprit in a recycling process. With our efficient and effective Refresh Plastics technology, we can completely decolourize plastics and restore them until they’re in new condition.

Extrusion

After our effective washing cycle, the plastics are processed to a thin film that is eventually rolled up. As shown in the video, Refresh Plastics Technology is added to the film during the manufacturing process, which serves as preparation for the next step.
